The Broadwater Carnival held in Worthing will, for the second year running be supporting the Sussex Air Ambulance with fantastic fun day for all the family plus, the Sussex Air Ambulance Event trailer will be there too, so do come along and see us…
The event will be held on July 19th 2008.
The members of the Broadwater Carnival Committee recently presented their donation of £2,500, raised at the 2007 Carnival, to the life saving Air Ambulance crew at the helicopters Dunsfold Airbase.
Also in the photo are members of the Broadwater Working Mans Club, who also raised £700 during 2007 for the Sussex Air Ambulance.
County Fundraiser for Sussex, Delaine Shearman said "We are grateful for both group's massive fundraising efforts and happily welcomed them to the base to visit the helicopter and meet our crew. We will now look forward to fundraising with the Broadwater Carnival Committee again this year."
